1. Shipping Information

Delivery Time

• We deliver all orders within 3 to 7 working days, depending on the nature of the artwork and location.

• Custom calligraphy designs may take additional time based on design complexity.

• In case of any delay, our team will notify you via phone or email.

Delivery Method

• Orders are shipped through reliable courier services across Pakistan.

• You can choose between Cash on Delivery (COD) or Online Payment at checkout.

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor delivery status.

Shipping Charges

• Standard delivery charges apply and are displayed at checkout.

• Free delivery may be offered on special promotions or bulk orders.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed once payment (or COD confirmation) is received.

• For custom designs, the design process begins only after confirmation of design details from the customer.

• Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Pre-made Designs

• You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us immediately with photos of the issue.

Custom Designs

• As each custom artwork is specially made for you, returns, cancellations, or refunds are not accepted once the design process begins.

• However, we do offer minor revisions during the design stage (if applicable).

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@arshadbilqalam.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
