2. Orders and Payments

Customers can purchase directly from our website:

• Premade designs are available for immediate order.

• Custom designs are created according to the details provided by the customer.

We accept online payments at checkout as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Once an order is placed, our team will begin processing it promptly.
Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the design process starts.

3. Delivery and Timeline

We deliver orders within 3–7 working days, depending on the complexity and nature of the artwork.
In case of any delay due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified promptly.

4. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, and content available on ArshadBilQalam are protected by copyright and remain our property.

• Purchased designs are for personal use only unless commercial rights are explicitly granted.

• Copying, reselling, or redistributing any artwork without permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Because each design is handmade or digitally customized, refunds or cancellations are not accepted after work begins.
For premade designs, refunds may be considered only if the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

ArshadBilQalam will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from website use or order issues beyond our control.
